Chaties Brand Icon License Agreement

1. Introduction
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal document between the user ("Licensee") and IBRI EdTech Limited ("Licensor"), the owner of Chaties and its associated trademarks. This Agreement governs the use of the Chaties brand icon ("Licensed Icon"). By using the Licensed Icon, the Licensee agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Grant of License
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Icon under the following conditions:

  • The Licensed Icon may only be used to identify and link to Chaties on websites, applications, social media, and marketing materials.

  • The Licensed Icon may not be modified, altered, distorted, or misrepresented in any way.

  • The Licensed Icon must be used in accordance with the official Chaties Brand Icon Usage Guidelines.

3. Restrictions

  • ❌ The Licensed Icon may not be used as part of another logo, trademark, or branding element.

  • ❌ The Licensed Icon may not be used in a manner that is misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful to the reputation of Chaties.

  • ❌ The Licensed Icon may not be sublicensed, resold, or redistributed without written permission from the Licensor.

  • ❌ The Licensed Icon may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Chaties without prior written consent.

4. Ownership and Trademark Notice

  • The Licensed Icon remains the sole property of IBRI EdTech Limited.

  • The Licensee acknowledges that Chaties is a registered trademark under chaties.in and that this Agreement does not grant ownership rights to the Licensee.

5. Termination
The Licensor reserves the right to revoke this license at any time if the Licensee violates any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Licensed Icon and remove it from all materials.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

  • The Licensed Icon is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of the Licensed Icon.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
